Meet Our Founders


Cathy and Melinda are passionate heart healers who combine brain science with Christ-centered truths to help people experience breakthrough. They equip men and women with proven tools that deepen their relationship with Jesus, accelerate personal healing, and create lasting transformation that ripples into their communities.

Cathy Little, CP-IA

CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cathy's personal journey of deep inner healing transformed her life and propelled her into her true identity. As Executive Director of the Face to Face Network and the Immanuel Institute, Cathy brings lived experience and extensive professional training to her roles. Her background includes advanced training in Sozo and HeartSync, and since 2019, as an advanced Certified Practitioner of the Immanuel Approach—including three years of direct mentorship under its founder, Dr. Karl Lehman, MD.


In full-time ministry since 2011, Cathy has facilitated over 1,000 Immanuel sessions and trained hundreds of practitioners. She has established herself as a trustworthy voice in the inner healing movement, co-authoring the book Streams of Healing and co-hosting the Face to Face Podcast. Cathy's combination of professional expertise and genuine compassion creates a unique ability to guide others toward the same freedom she has come to know.

Melinda Wilson, CP-IA

CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Regent University and brings a global perspective shaped by years living overseas as a student and missionary. With a strong background in teaching and training, she is passionate about equipping others with practical tools that foster healing, self-awareness, and transformation.


Cross-trained in multiple inner healing modalities, Melinda has facilitated over 1,000 Immanuel Approach sessions and taught the model to hundreds across the U.S., both in-person and online. Her deep understanding of the Immanuel Approach has been shaped by three years of personal mentoring with its founder, Dr. Karl Lehman—an experience that profoundly deepened her skill, insight, and capacity to guide others.


As co-host of the Face to Face Podcast and co-author of Streams of Healing, Melinda offers a warm, authentic voice within the inner healing movement. Her compassionate presence and lived experience create a safe, empowering space for others to encounter God and live more freely and fully.

John Anderson

Board ChairMAN

With over 38 years in the corporate arena, John has experience with many facets of business – ranging from the strategic to the tactical. His background includes roles in customer service, technical presales.

Additionally, he has had leadership roles in product development, product management, and process improvement.


Prior to his current role in Sales Operations, he supported the retail services business for NCR Corporation, a global leader in self-service checkouts and other retail solutions.


John has recently served on the boards of ARK Family Church, and The Learning Exchange. John is married to his best friend, Angela, and has three adult children and one grandson. In his spare time, John enjoys playing bass, reading and competitive shooting.

Melanie Robertson

Board Member

A native and resident of Asheville, NC, Melanie Robertson is an artist, lay

pastor, teacher and lover of all kinds of people. Most recently she has

served as the chairperson of the Asheville City/Buncombe County (NC)

Homeless Coalition and is co-founder of Wildflower House, a non-profit that

provides transitional housing for middle age and older women. 


Melanie has years of experience as a class room art teacher, resident potter, and pastor

in numerous churches. Melanie finds great joy in learning and living more and more in the abundant love of Christ and sharing that love with others.


She also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, hosting parties, and loves hanging out with her husband of 43 years, Mark, their adult children, Mitch, and his wife, Brandy and grands, Salyssa 16 and Lukah 13, Mary Ellen, and Micah, and of course, her fur babies, Max (black Lab) and Mickey (gray Tabby cat).

Paula Warren

Board Treasurer

A northern California resident born and raised, Paula has a diverse background including roles in project management, continuous improvement, and financial planning and analysis. She is an experienced leader with a heart for people and has a passion for numbers. 


Paula is the proud mother of two girls and wife to a supportive husband Jeremy, of 19 years. Focusing her life around all things health and wellness, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual, she makes a point to stay active in many ways, including retreats, yoga, dance, and more recently, lots of travel! 

Marie Kasner, MTh

Director of Academic Design & Development

Frustrated by distant and oppressive religious systems, Marie met Jesus and found him more gentle and accessible than she ever dared hope. Her work is at the intersection of trauma healing, theology, and academic leadership, and her vision is to prepare leaders and healers to minister the surprising love of God to a traumatized world. Marie holds a Master of Theology from Union School of Theology in Bridgend, Wales, and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications and Biblical & Theological Studies. In her personal time, she enjoys long road trips, live music, art collecting, and interior design.

Terry Cantrell

Spiritual Advisor For Cathy

Terry is a pastoral counselor at Stonebridge Church in Marietta, GA.  Prior to his current role, he served as Associate pastor at RiverStone Church in Kennesaw, Georgia from April 1999 until March 2020.  During his season there, he established and pastored the church’s Prayer and Healing Ministries including Sunday Morning Ministry Teams, Nights of Healing Prayer, and Sozo, a ministry of heart healing and deliverance, of which he is also a certified trainer. Terry continues to see clients combining his decades of experience in both Heart Healing and traditional counseling bringing transformation to many. He and his wife, Patty, live in Marietta, GA.

Kristie Sartell

Spiritual Advisor For Melinda

Kristie Sartell is a Certified Spiritual Director and Coach based in Portland, Oregon. In 2014, she earned her Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation from The Portland Seminary and has been a dedicated member of the Inner Healing community for more than a decade.


Kristie finds immense joy in her work, guiding others through the journey of the Interior Life. Her true passion lies in fostering and healing relationships with oneself, with others, and with the divine love of God.


Married to Nate for 22 years, Kristie is the proud mother of two college-aged daughters and the owner of a charming Havanese named Pippin. In her leisure time, she enjoys gardening and immersing herself in the splendor of nature.
